Every product we sell is of new quality and designed by the manufacturer to fit the vehicle for which it was intended without further modification. Every product has the potential to change the vehicle's performance thereby altering it to perform differently than its original factory-engineered condition. This alteration can have positive or negative effects on performance and you are strongly cautioned to learn these new handling characteristics of your vehicle after the installation of these parts. Drive cautiously and pay attention to any potentially dangerous characteristics (ie: braking distance, tip-over) the vehicle may now be susceptible to. MY4BY OFFROAD, LLC can not take responsibility for damages incurred after the installation of any parts purchased from our web site. Problematic components should be addressed directly with the component's manufacturer to assure a proper installation and fitment have been acheived. Should the manufacturer of said component determine an improper installation, STOP DRIVING YOUR VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY. Do not resume operation until a proper installation has been achieved. Should the manufacturer of said component determine a defect in workmanship, they will instruct you on how to pursue an exchange for a new, functional part. In most cases, the manufacturer requires you to deal directly with them for defective parts so they can inspect them for research and development purposes. In some cases, the manufacturer will require you to deal directly with us for a part exchange. Under these circumstances, please use the Contact Us link (found on every page of our web site) to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. MY4BY OFF ROAD, LLC is not responsible for freight-related expenses for warranty claims or exchanges. All shipping charges for products being returned or exchanged must be pre-paid.

If a product that typically retails for $925 is available on our web site for $295, then the chances are it's a pricing error. 2WD, 4WD, or AWD
If a specific drivetrain is required for the application of a product, then this will be noted in the description for that product. If the product description does not specify any drivetrain, then it will work on any drivetrain available for that vehicle.
EXAMPLE: Rancho RS5000 shock absorber; 1994-01 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD
Means this product will fit a Ram 1500 with 2WD. Do not try to install this on a 4WD model.
EXAMPLE: Rancho RS5000 shock absorber; 1984-01 Jeep Cherokee
Means this product will fit a Cherokee with any drive. You can install this on a 2WD or a 4WD model.
