Rancho RS999792 quickLIFT shock is made for the 2004-08 Ford F150 4WD front and is both a high-performance shock absorber and suspension lift built into one. The quickLIFT was engineered to raise the front of the vehicle while improving performance on and off-road. The quickLIFT utilizes Rancho's patented myRIDE technology giving you complete control over the ride quality of your vehicle with a 9-position control setting. In less than 60 seconds, all shocks can be adjusted by hand (while mounted on the vehicle), or they can be adjusted instantly at the push of a button with the optional RS999705 myRIDE Wireless Remote Control system. Rancho quickLIFT shocks reuse the vehicle's coil spring and install in 1-2 hours. quickLIFT shocks are sold individually and feature a liquid-metallic finish.
Allows the use of 33x12.50-R18 tires with factory wheel backspacing.
