Shipping and Returns


99% of the merchandise on our website includes free ground shipping within the Continental U.S. Shipping prices for expedited and international delivery services will be provided by Amazon Payment services at the time of checkout.



For overseas orders, we recommend getting your own U.S. shipping address through MyUS. This allows you to shop at virtually any US-based online store. They will ship your goods to your MyUS Shipping Address. When all your purchases have arrived at your MyUS address, they will forward everything to you. Follow these two steps for international-overseas delivery…

  2. Use your new shipping address when you place an order with us.


You may return any part within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund*. Returned parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned parts must be postage pre-paid**. Freight charges are non-refundable**. We will not accept returns with postage due. We will not give refunds on parts that show signs of abuse/misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or missing pieces. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please contact us with your order number for a RGA number. We will email it to you along with detailed instructions for returning merchandise. Only after the merchandise has arrived at our warehouse will you be refunded the amount due. Depending on how busy the warehouse staff is, this can take up to five days, however we’ll strive to issue your refund as soon as possible.

If you want to return a damaged part under warranty, then please read all the literature that came with it. Many manufacturers require you to deal directly with them for warranty claims. MY4BY OFF ROAD, LLC can not supply replacement parts for warranty purposes unless the manufacturer implies so in their warranty clause. MY4BY OFF ROAD, LLC does not pay the freight charges for any merchandise covered by a manufacturer warranty. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
